Bike Fit Guidelines
- If you have long arms or torso, you may need a longer toptube to get a comfortable stretch. Therefore, you may have to get a longer stem or even a size larger frame.
- If you have long legs and a short torso (common in many women), you may need a shorter toptube. A woman-specific frame is ideal to get the proper fitting.
- The more aggressive a rider you are, the smaller the frame you'll need for better control, safety, and to better attack the hills.
- Look to get about 1" - 3" standover clearance when straddling the frame for minimum safety.
