	Our policies are here to benefit you, our client and advertising engine. After all, if we don't stoke you out, you'd have no reason to rave about us. We also offer events and clinics, so you'd have fun things to do on your bike.

Our advertising costs aren't spent on things like newspaper ads and radio spots. They're spent on you. We funnel those costs into killer policies that save you serious time and money.

Free Adjustments Forever. Each bike purchase comes with lifetime adjustments. And we don't skimp, ether. We'll adjust your brakes & gears, laterally true your wheels, adjust your hubs & headset, and perform safety checks as long as the bike's yours. You pay parts and labor for installations and adjustments outside the scope of our complete tune-up - a $90 service.

Guaranteed for Life. We include a comprehensive lifetime warranty on every product we sell in our store, taking care of any installation and shipping costs. We'll also replace a defective purchase on-the-spot when we're able to.

Kid's trade-up program. Purchase a kid's bike and get 100% of what you paid towards the next size up. Good for 12" to 16" wheeled bikes. We'll then donate the bike to Cycles of Change.

Total Price Protection. You'll get the lowest price in the Bay on every product in our shop. If a Bay Area shop has the product priced lower than what you paid, you'll get a 100% refund on the difference.
